The story so far...

Let's talk about 3d printing

In our story, we initially started 3d-printing back in 2020 and then pretty rapidly moved to selling a variety of models on our Etsy store.
We started off with several Nova3d printers, which were primarily chosen for their resolution AND having an ethernet connection. This was important for running the farm and sending files to each printer on a case-by-case basis.

Unfortunately, we put the Etsy store on hold for a a couple of years due to housing issues!

We are now back and rebuilding the business – the old printers have moved onto greener pastures and we are currently adding FDM printers! The scope of miniatures available to you, the customer, is steadily increasing. So, do consider signing up to the Newsletter to get the latest news and upcoming miniatures to the store!

We designed a great place to get back to recording and streaming miniature painting above the garage. We also took a corner of the garage and dedicated it to house the 3d printers. It might not be the biggest print space, but it is PERFECT to start rebuilding Glorious Miniatures 3d printing.

We print great miniatures!

our story

Started streaming...

I started streaming originally back in 2018 after spending several years helping to look after my grandmother. At that point, Twitch was already being used by me, but having just recently found some old Warhammer 40k minis and stumbling into a miniature painting stream, I thought I could give it a go.

The Founder's Story

My name is Jolyon and to cut a long story short my hobby time is:

  • Airfix plastic planes
  • Space Hulk/Crusade
  • Warhammer 40k 2nd edition Space Wolves
  • Mordheim
  • Twitch Streaming
  • 3d printing

This is obviously an incredibly condensed time span! For example, I missed out on my boy Nagash (the proper one) and starting a small DaemonHunters army with Sisters of Battle and Grey Knights!
During the time of the Grey Knights and Sisters of Battle, I was working for Disney, which must have hinted at something.
After leaving Disney, I eventually ended up helping to look after my grandmother for almost eight years.
Unfortunately, it became too much to look after her towards the end and it was at this time that I found my old Warhammer miniatures. Obviously, my next step was the to start streaming my miniature painting on Twitch!
