Completing the Goliath Gang, or at the very least, this beginner gang is today’s post! There are a few projects on the go, which is why it’s took longer to continue on from my initial post! I do have the Goliath gang bikers to work on, so make sure you keep your eyes peeled for them!
Goliath gang leaders
Starting off with a Forge Boss who I armed with a grenade launcher and bolt pistol, which is for defence. The plan for him is to stand off and provide cover with smoke grenades.
We actually have two Forge Bosses, the second of which is close combat orientated. When I first saw this, I thought it was a massive chain-axe, it turns out this is a renderiser!
We are completing our Goliath gang with our final member, the Goliath Gang’s Forge Tyrant! Smoking a cigar whilst pointing at his next hammer victim, seemed like a good pose, what do you think?
This gang is very easy to sink a lot of points into and you will not have huge numbers of bodies. This can definitely be an issue in certain situations, but they are great big muscley men which can be a benefit as well!
I really wanted to build one bruiser with a slug cannon, which is what you see in the image below! I don’t know how it performs in game, however I just really want to paint it!
Goliath Team wrap up
I built nine out of the ten miniatures, and for a good reason! The tenth I am holding back for a conversion, I just need to acquire the suitable parts. The tenth will be a Forge Tyrant with a heavy bolter for truly completing the Goliath gang! This is going to take some time to get the right bits, at least in my mind, but I will be attempting a YouTube video for that!
